Istana Bambu? Its a makan
place laa. Baru je buka, tempat cantik, makan sedap. Layan!
The entrance. Mind you, the restaurant is made of 80-90% of bamboo. Memang cantik.
And according to the director of the restaurant (sempat interview director tuh),
the place is granted by Tourism as a tourist attraction restaurant. And, alhamdulillah it is owned by a Muslim. 
Part of the dining area. They have the usual tables & chairs dining, as well as duduk bersila
dining place. We opt for duduk bersila. Selesa sangat. Dania la paling
happy boleh lari² sana sini macam tempat tu abah dia punya.
The drinks. Ok la, biasa²
standard fruit juice.
Tomyam
seafood. Semua ada, sotong, udang, ketam, fish ball, mushroom, veges etc.
Taste: Sedap tapi pedas sket.
My favorite. Green curry. Saya tak pernah tahu cara nak masak green curry. Ada sapa² tau?

overpriced. Ohh...mungkin kerana ikan fresh dari
ladangakuarium ye. Ada dua lagi menu; asparagus goreng udang dan telur dadar. Menu Dania la tu.
Ok, lepas makan boleh sambung lepak sambil makan
dessert or boleh jalan² sekitar restoran. Atau boleh juga main alat muzik tradisional macam yang Dania main ni. Apa ntah namanya. huhuhu.
Last, amek! Siap promo nih. Director muda
kacak yang di
interview tadi sempat mengiringin kami balik dan siap berpesan suruh promo kat kawan² dan sedara. Jadi,
sebab dapat 30% off bill dinner kami ni kira promo la nih...

Went to restoran ISTANA BAMBU @ MRR2 just now with the whole family (9 adults + 8 children)... after 90 minutes of waiting (8:30 pm – 10 pm), the dishes came one by one... 10 minutes apart... the main course? Never served... Near our table, a couple of Chinese patrons went off when only drinks came and not the dishes.
wooops.. komen di atas ni tiba-tiba membantu usaha saya nak ke sana..
